Boys' golf team places fifth by Jim Prosser Madison High School hosted an invitational meet involving 11 varsity Class A and AA golf teams in an 18-hole competition at the Madison Country Club on Monday, Sept.13.
The top five teams scores were: first � Madison (301); second � Mitchell (304); third � Brookings (324); fourth Milbank � (325); and; fifth � Vermillion (336).
Medalist ws James Green of Madison with a 69.
Placing ninth was Vermillion's Jordan Boots (79).
Other Tanager members, in the top 25, were: Alex Schaack (85); Brad Schaack and Chris Moen (87 each); Broc Gauer (90); and Ryan Powell, who scored a 95.
