City council meets Oct. 18 The Vermillion City Council will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Oct. 18 in the Al Neuharth Media Center on the USD campus.
The council will hold a public hearing on a package off sale malt beverage license for Pamida, and will open bids for the contract for solid waste collection at city facilities.
Aldermen will also consider revisions to the timeline for improvements and repairs to a house at 104 University, will take action on a development agreement for Masaba, and will approve a city manager search committee.
An executive session to discuss personnel matters is on the agenda.
