Aga strikes chord with VHS

Aga strikes chord with VHS In honor of American Education Week November 14-20, the Vermillion Southeast Retired Teachers Unit paid tribute to Becky Aga for her commitment and dedication to helping children in the field of education.

Aga volunteers her time with the high school choral music department. She has played for the ninth women's choir, concert choir and small group contest for the past four years. She has also graciously agreed to play for Rhythm in Red this year, which is a huge volunteer time commitment.

Aga also serves as the music boosters' treasurer. She is the bookkeeper for all music funds including show choir, choir, band and middle school choral activities. She, along with several other music boosters, has made a fantastic effort to raise funds for Vermillion music students.

Curt Cameron, Vermillion High School principal speaks highly of her volunteer service to the school system. Aga was recommended by Kristin Iverson, choral director, Vermillion High School.
