County grade grad photos on Web The special collections department in the I. D. Weeks Library now has a Web site available of scanned images and student information for Clay County Grade (Rural) School graduates, 1896-1929. To view the collections go to:�

The Web site offers a wealth of information for local genealogists and researchers.�The time frame is restricted for the Web site due to copyright laws. The archives office has scanned images and student information from 1930-1970 as well.

The archives are located on the third floor of the library (Rm. 305) or telephone (605) 677-5450 for further information.�

The photographs and data were generously donated by Marion Kryger of Vermillion. Kryger spent three years compiling this information. Kryger says if others are interested in trying to track down long-lost friends and relatives, he can be contacted through the Clay County Historical Society at (605) 624-8266.�
