Heesch completes soccer season Kaylie Heesch, a native of Vermillion, recently completed her sophomore season on the Southwest Minnesota State University women's soccer team.
Heesch, a graduate of Vermillion High School, played in all 20 games this season and finished with one goal, two assists for four points.
SMSU, which finished 9-10-1 overall, 5-2 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, finished second in the NSIC regular season and runner-up in the NSIC Tournament.
