Nachos to benefit diabetes research Beginning Nov. 22 through Dec. 30, Taco John's restaurants will be promoting their annual "Nachos Navidad" campaign. "Nachos Navidad" is a festive, holiday version of the Super Nachos popular menu item.
In an effort to raise funds for diabetes research and education, area Taco John's restaurants will donate a portion of all "Nachos Navidad" sales from Dec. 1-30, to the American Diabetes Association. In addition, the restaurants will encourage customers to donate their change from any order to this charity. Change boxes will be on the counters of each restaurant.
Taco John's restaurants in the states of South Dakota, and
locations in northwest Iowa, Wyoming, Colorado and Nebraska will participate in this effort with proceeds going towards diabetes education and research.
Last year, 100 Taco John's restaurants raised over $22,420, bringing the four-year total to $64,147.
