To be done upon his release from penitentiary; 9. Unless attending an approved educational/training program he must work regularly at a lawful occupation and support all dependents; 10. May not own or possess any firearms or destructive devices and may not obtain a permit to carry a concealed weapon; 11. Shall complete a diploma or his G.E.D.; 12.
