Troopers to conduct sobriety checkpoints South Dakota Highway Patrol will be holding sobriety checkpoints during the week of Feb. 13-19 in Clay County.
In addition to detecting alcohol or drug impaired drivers, they make use of the sobriety checkpoints to remind the motoring public of the dangers of drinking and driving.
