Shall obey all federal, state, local and municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen. 4. Shall not consume, use, possess alcohol, drugs or marijuana and submit to urine, breath, blood testing upon request and pay for those tests. 5. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by probation or law enforcement offers upon reasonable suspicion of a violation. 6. Shall pay all fines and costs imposed by this court. 7. Unless attending an approved educational, or training program, he must work and support all dependents to the best of his ability. 8. May not own/possess any firearms or destructive devices and may not obtain a permit to carry concealed weapon. 9. Shall make full restitution owed in his prior juvenile file by selling his stereo immediately to be applied to restitution. 10. Shall serve 90 days in Clay County Jail to commence at 9 a.m. on Feb. 11, 2005. Shall make arrangements to service this sentence in Minnehaha County Jail at his own expense and shall be eligible for work release contingent upon him meeting the requirements of the Minnehaha County Sheriff.
