4-H’ers meet at care center

4-H'ers meet at care center Meckling Livestock's monthly 4-H meeting was held at the Sioux Valley Care Center Saturday, April 9. President Ashley Ouellette called the meeting to order. Stacy Bottolfson led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. Elly Miiller and Mariah Larson were our hostesses and also did their demonstrations. Elly's demonstration was "How to tell the mood of your dog" and Mariah demonstrated how to make trail mix. 4-H camp registration deadline is coming up on April 21. The cost for the camp is $45 plus $3 for the candy store and an extra $6 if you would like a 4-H shirt. The meeting was adjourned and the group enjoyed playing bingo with the nursing home residents.
