Bids awarded for SD 19 Governor Mike Rounds has announced that the Transportation Commission awarded $27.5 million in bids for upcoming road construction and maintenance projects. A total of 37 projects were included in the awards.
The following project was awarded in Clay County: Laying an asphalt surface over 9 miles of SD 19 from SD 46 south. The $2 million contract was awarded to Spencer Quarries Incorporated of Spencer.
