Boys' tennis team opens against Yankton April 2 By Jim Prosser The Tanager boys� tennis team will open the 2005 season in a triangular at Yankton on Saturday, April 2, starting at 9 a.m.
Varsity is comprised of seven seniors and a junior. The JV team will have mostly middle school participants.
Serving his first year as the Tanagers� tennis team coach is Jon Reuvers.
�We have a group who have had varsity-level experience, so success is in the hands of these leaders,� Reuvers said. �We should improve on last year�s record and will implement a ?hard work� atmosphere.�
Vying for the six singles and three doubles slots will be the following players: Dan Day, Ben Schimelfening,
Eric Hesla, Keshave Arogyeswamy, Harsh Patel, Chris Jensen, and Steve Foltz (all senior letter winners) and Anthony Rath (junior).
