City council meets May 16

City council meets May 16 The Vermillion City will hold its regular meeting Monday, May 16, at 7 p.m. in the Al Neuharth Media Center.

Agenda items include an update from Kevin Jacobson on the Downtown Street-scape Committee, and information from Phyllis Packard regarding Historic Preservation Awards.

The council will also hear the first reading of an amendment to a city ordinance that provides for buffers between industrial, business, and residential districts, and will take action on a policy change regarding the sales of lots at The Bluffs.
