Dakota Screen Works expands hours; customer demand cited Dakota Screen Works, located on Main Street, Wakonda, will be expanding its services and hours of business beginning May 17. After being in the screen printing industry part-time for more than two years, customer demand has required an increase in business hours. Dakota Screen Works will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday or evenings by appointment.
The business can be reached at 605-267-2515 or check the Web site at www.dakotascreenworks.com.
Dakota Screen Works is excited about expanding into the embroidery business. After receiving hands on training in Tampa, FL, employees will now offer this service in-house. This will provide customers with more options for decorating garments as well as decrease turn-around time for their orders.
The retail store will be open for walk-in customers as well as special one-of-a-kind orders. Dakota Screen Works will be selling Wakonda Alumni apparel prior to and during the all-school reunion this summer.
Hats, polo shirts, jackets and t-shirts will be available with the Wakonda High School logo. This will be the last time Wakonda apparel will be sold in the store.
Newly created Eagle wear will include hats, caps, t-shirts, hoodies, pullovers, jackets and athletic pants with our new school colors and mascot for Irene and Wakonda athletics.
These items will be available in late summer in both screen printed and embroidered designs. The business also offers wool award jackets with chenille letters and numbers. Purchase your eagle wear and be ready to support our newly combined athletic teams.
Early shoppers will receive discounts for in store purchases.
Dakota Screen Works also sells the ever popular "His Essence" candles.
The business extends thanks to the community for its continued support and it looks forward to doing business in the future.
