Eric Jensen named May 2005 PRIDE Employee of the Month Eric Jensen, ultrasound technician, was selected as the Sioux Valley Vermillion Medical Center (SVVMC) May 2005 PRIDE Employee of the Month.
Jensen has been employed at SVVMC since August 1996.
"Eric is very dedicated to patient care and is always looking out for the best interests of the patient. Professionalism, dedication, and compassion abound with this gentleman. He exceeds in his knowledge and patience with both patients and coworkers, and he is consistently willing to work extra to provide the best car for our patients. He truly is a valuable asset!"
These comments were shared in employee of the month nominations for Jensen.
"Eric provides multiple skills to our facility that are hard to replace. His talent as both a diagnostic and a vascular sonographer, as well as his skills as a radiologic technologist makes him a true asset to our organization. In addition to Eric's excellent technical skills, it is his attitude and commitment to providing the best possible care for our patients that sets him apart and enables us to provide a higher standard of care," said Randy Jarvis, SVVMC radiology manager.
Jensen is a native of Yankton. He and his wife Christy have three children, Tony, Lauren and Josie. They reside in Volin.
