Splash of color

Splash of color Scores of volunteers were busy in downtown Vermillion Saturday morning, adding splashes of color by planting new flowers in freshly tilled beds on either side of Main Street. Among the workers are Junior Girl Scouts Cassie Waage and Cassie Donahoe, and Cadet Girl Scout Kelsey Osborne. Also helping at this location, but not pictured, is Sadie Callahan.
