Crash claims Vermillion man A horse that ran across Interstate 90 caused a crash that killed a Vermillion man.
According to the state Highway Patrol, four vehicles crashed near Kimball Sunday night after hitting the animal.
Monty Horsley, 21, of Vermillion, was driving the first vehicle and died at a Chamberlain hospital. His passenger was taken to a Sioux Falls hospital with injuries.
