The DearReader.com Book Club offers many selections to Internet patrons. Each book will run five days (Monday-Friday), each new book starting on Monday, with some of the genre offering selections every other week. Discover Your Library � 2005 July is a busy month at the Vermillion Public Library. Join us to celebrate the �Dragons, Dreams, and Daring Deeds� Summer Reading Program. Stop in to enjoy a special kids� concert performed by Dennis Warner on Monday, July 11 at 1 p.m. Show your creativity on Tuesday, July 12 by making craft projects and participating in art activities. Wednesday is movie day with a children�s film to be shown from 1 to 3 p.m. and young adult films scheduled from 3 to 5 p.m. All are invited for the Reading Round Table on Thursdays, from 1 to 5 p.m. Share what you have been reading and earn a prize every week. July is Harry Potter Month. Celebrate the release of J. K. Rowling�s sixth book, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. See Rowling�s characters come to life starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 16. Then, join us for a special gathering in honor of Harry�s birthday at the Harry Potter Party, on Monday, July 25, starting at 2:30 p.m. in the Community Room. The activities include making your own wand, creating potions, and much more! The Friends of the Vermillion Public Library will hold their annual Used Book Sale July 28-30 in the Community Room from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
