Ice cream party is July 4 The Annual Ice Cream Party will be held 9:30 to 11 a.m. July 4 at the W.H. Over Museum. The event will feature ice cream making and eating fun with Leroy Meyer and his family.

The museum is located east of the DakotaDome at 1110 Ratingen Street, and the party is on the front patio.
