Logue receives state recognition Margo Logue, employed by the University Children�s Center in Vermillion, has recently received honorary recognition from the South Dakota Pathways to Professional Development Career Lattice.
Logue has a bachelor�s degree in elementary education. She has worked in the child care and early education field for four years.
The Pathways project commends Logue for her commitment to this field, including:
? Maintaining membership in professional organizations including the S.D. Children�s Coalition.
? Promoting developmentally appropriate environments and learning experiences for children.
? Continually seeking education through professional training and conferences.
? Striving to achieve a quality child care program that is responsive to the needs of children and families.
The South Dakota Pathways project is designed to recognize individuals who dedicate their professional careers to promoting high quality care and early education for children. The Career Lattice recognizes Logue for her educational achievements and volunteer contributions to the early childhood and school-age care profession.
Logue�s participation in the South Dakota Pathways project is voluntary. She will be required to meet additional training and professional development requirements in order to remain active in the South Dakota Pathways Career Lattice.
