Conditions: 1. Shall serve one year in Clay County Jail. 2. Pay fine and court costs. 3. Shall repay this county for all of their court appointed attorney fees. 4. Shall be allowed credit on said sentence for any time spent in the in-patient chemical dependency treatment. 5 Shall be under supervision of court services and will obey all rules, regulations and conditions imposed by them even though they may not have been specifically set out by this court. If he has financial obligations under this judgment they shall work out a payment schedule with their probation officer. 6. Shall obey all federal, state, local or municipal laws and be a good law abiding citizen in all respects. 7. Shall not consume any alcoholic beverages of any kind or use/possess any controlled drugs/substances including marijuana and shall submit to urine/breath/blood testing at any time requested to do so by their probation officer and shall pay for that testing. Will not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where the sale of alcohol is their primary business. 8. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by probation or law enforcement offers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of this sentence or of any probation agreement. 9. After one year he shall obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with its recommendations for treatment and/or aftercare. 10. Unless attending an approved educational or training program he must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all of their dependents to the best of his ability. 11. Shall satisfactorily complete parenting classes. 12. Shall attend AA on a regular basis.
