Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Lutheran Social Services will sponsor a free homebuyer education seminar on Saturday, Aug. 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the CCCS office located at Trinity Lutheran Church, 816 E. Clark. Carol Voss-Ward, certified credit counselor, will present �Home Buyer Express,� a seminar designed to facilitate the entire home buying process and answer questions such as, �How do I choose a realtor and lender, what size home do I need and how much can I afford to spend?�
