Ready for the road

Ready for the road Hunter Coyle, 3-year-old son of Adam and Mindy Coyle, Vermillion, is ready for the road after taking part Tuesday afternoon in a bike rodeo sponsored by the Vermillion Police Department as part of the 22nd Annual National Night Out. Officers were available all afternoon to assist bikers of all ages. They checked to make sure helmets fitted properly, added air to bike tires that lacked proper pressure, and taught young people basic rules of the road designed to keep them safe as they pedal from place to place.
