Family will ride to benefit hospital
Participants in this year's St. Jude Wheels For Life will register at Jolley School from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. The ride begins at 1:30 p.m. Forms are available in the public schools.

The ride is done in memory of all children afflicted with cancer, especially Dexter Johnson, sixth grade student, who attended Vermillion Middle School and lost his life to cancer last year.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is located in Memphis, TN. The mission of St. Jude is to find cures for childhood cancer and other catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.

Event coordinator, Mary Geffre Johnson, says the goal for this year is $3,500. Please be generous when asked to contribute. For more information, call 624-3747.
