Vermillion golfers top EP-J 164-172 By Jim Prosser The VHS boys golf team scored another dual win at Elk Point Country Club last Thursday, Sept. 8 as they wereentertained by Elk Point/Jefferson in a nine-hole meet.
Both varsity and JV divisions were in the competition. Varsity: VHS �164; EP-J � 172.
Casey DeBohr (EP-J) was medalist with a 36. Other members with him were: John Frankl � 40; Jeremiah Curry and Ashton Bird � 48 each; and Mike Strassburg – 49.
Scores for Vermillion varsity individuals were: Jordan Boots � 39; Aaron Steele � 40; Alex Schaack � 42; Broc Gauer and Eric Ustad � 43 each.
JV team results: Vermillion � 201; EP-J � 186.
VHS JV individual scores were: Mikal Ustad � 41; Cole Andre � 48; Jimmy Lai � 52; Patrick Haught � 60 and Dominik Jones � 63.
EP/J JV individuals: Luke Frankl and James Jeffer � 45 each; Eric Rosenbaum � 46; Myles Larsen and Kyle Buum � 50 each; and Viktor Sundleaf � 51.
