"The girls played great defense and worked well as a team," said coach Lori Jerred.
Head coach Lenni Billberg was disappointed with the varsity's performance.
"Passing, passing, passing! The Tanagers are in a passing rut. Facing tenacious top spin servers, our passing game fell apart," she said. "Brown and Froke had solid games at the net, putting back many SSC attacks."
