Vermillion City Council meets Oct. 17

The Vermillion City Council will hold its regular meeting 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, at the Al Neuharth Media Center on the USD campus.

Under new business, the council will take action on a Halloween Proclamation, and review a portion of the city's transportion plan, specifically access deficiencies and signage deficiencies.

Other items on the council's agenda include a resolution for the sale of real property, and the manager's contract for the Vermillion Liquor Store.
