Under old business, the council will take action on a South Dakota Department of Transportation Cherry Street Reconstruction Project Resolution. It will also hold the second reading of Ordinance No. 1150 which revises portion of the city code, and will give second reading to an ordinance that allows Sunday sales at the city liquor store.
Under new business, the council will consider a permit to allow fireworks for Celebrate Vermillion activities.
Other items on the council's agenda include a resolution for the sale of real property, and the manager's contract for the Vermillion Liquor Store.
