Financial aid seminar scheduled for Dec. 1

Do you wonder why you never seem to get a leg up on your credit balance?

Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Lutheran Social Services will sponsor a financial management seminar on Thursday, Dec. 1, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the CCCS office located at Trinity Lutheran Church, 816 E. Clark, in Vermillion. Carol Voss-Ward, Certified Credit Counselor, will present "Credit Check-Up," a seminar designed to help consumers understand the credit granting and reporting process, the true costs of credit, the wise use of credit, solving credit problems and

reestablishing credit.
