St. Agnes School planning fundraiser

The major school fundraiser for the St. Agnes School is coming soon. The PTSA extends a welcome to the entire community. Mark your calendars for Saturday, Dec. 3, for the Fifth Annual St. Agnes School Classic Dinner & Dance. On this special night you will find the school auditorium transformed into the setting for an elegant dinner and dance.

Jim Cody, owner of Cody's Steak House in Elk Point, has graciously agreed to cater a delicious prime rib dinner again this year. Before dinner, guests will enjoy music,

hors' d'oeuvres courtesy of Hy-Vee, and a free wine tasting. The Silver Dollar will provide a delectable chocolate fountain dessert, and DJ Randy Hammer & "Hammer Time" will provide the evening's dancing music.

Tickets for the night are $40 per person. Stop by the school (909 E. Lewis) on a weekday or at the church after a weekend Mass to purchase your tickets. The evening will also feature raffle and silent auction items generously donated by local businesses. Come enjoy this special event. Please contact the school with any questions (624-4144).
