Wakonda Tour of Homes planned Dec. 4

Accompanying the first frosts and chills of winter in many minds is the Wakonda Tour of Homes. This year the tour will be held in the Wakonda area on Sunday, Dec. 4, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The homes included are Marcia Morrison, Jon and Trisha White, Carol Pollman, Henry and Nancy Wiedrich and Mike and Di Bohlmann. Tickets for the tour are available for five dollars at TJ's Corner Store in Wakonda or at Davis Pharmacy of Vermillion. Proceeds of the event go to the Arts Booster Club.

Marcia Morrison, whose home will be on the tour, said, "It's great that the community supports the school like this. This event is a great way to show the strong support that people have for our community and our school. I am really happy to do my part in something that benefits the students of the school, as well as getting everyone in the holiday spirit."
