Beresford Booster Club’s ‘Frostbite Four’ scheduled Saturday, Feb. 4

The Beresford Booster Club will be hosting its Seventh Annual "Frostbite Four" Road Race on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006 at 11 a.m. This Mid-Winter Classic and South Dakota's Premiere Winter Road Race will feature a four-mile and a two-mile run/walk and Dick Beardsley, a world class distance runner and motivational speaker.

All runners will meet at Beresford High School (301 West Maple). There will be three courses marked and weather conditions on the day of the race will determine which course is used. All entries will receive an Official Beresford Booster Club Frostbite Four high quality long-sleeve t-shirt.

Bathroom and shower facilities will be available at the high school. There will be a free post-race chili and soup feed for all participants following the race at the Beresford Golf Course Club House.

Participants can register in one of four ways: 1) online at www.allsportrunning.com; 2) view http://www.beresford. k12.sd.us/frostbitefour.htm and print the registration form and send via mail; 3) call 1-605-763-5012; and 4) day of the race from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at Beresford High School.
