The regular meeting of the Ladies Auxiliary to Clay Post #3061 was held Tuesday evening, Dec. 20, with President Deloris Gregg presiding.
Roll call of officers was taken and recorded. The meeting opened with the opening prayer and Pledge to the flag. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Treasurer's reports for November and December were accepted as printed.
Reports were given on bingo playing at Vermillion Care Center, hospice, gifts to shut-ins, gift to district president, national home, cheer plates delivered, Voice of Democracy and Patriot Pen essay winners, Civic Council, get well and sympathy cards mailed and hospital equipment on loan, and tree ornaments made with poppies for South Dakota Veterans Home.
Meeting adjourned to reopen on Jan. 16.
