Stephanie Thiry, 100 W. 33rd St. Apt. A, Sioux Falls; Grand theft-over $200, costs, 10 days jail, Suspended imposition of sentence. Imposition of sentence is suspended based on the following conditions: 1. Shall serve ten (10) days in county jail. 2. Shall pay restitution. 3. Shall repay this county for all of their court-appointed attorney fees. 4. Shall produce her monthly checking account statements to her court service officer. 5. Shall cooperate with the state in prosecution of co-defendants. 6. Shall under supervision of court services and shall obey all of their rules, regulations and conditions imposed by them even though they may not have been specifically set out by this court. If she has financial obligations, she shall work out a payment schedule with her probation officer. 7. Shall obey all federal, state, local or municipal laws and be a good law abiding citizen in all respects. 8. Shall not use or possess any controlled drugs or substances including marijuana. 9. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by probation or law enforcement officers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of this sentence or of any probation agreement. 10. Shall pay fines and costs ordered by this court. 11. Shall engage in a course of financial and credit counseling with an agency approved by court services. 12. Unless attending an approved educational or training program she must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all her dependents to the best of her ability. 13. Shall complete twenty-five (25) hours of community service each year that she is on probation.
