Shall be released on 1/13/06 to travel to treatment and shall have one day following completion of treatment to return but will not receive credit for the travel days; 8. Shall be under supervision of court services and shall obey all rules, regulations, conditions imposed by them even though they may not have been specifically set out by this court. Shall set up a payment schedule with his probation officer; 9. Shall obey all federal, state, local and municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen in all respects; 10. Shall not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where the sale of alcoholic beverages is the primary business; 11. Shall be subject to random search & seizure by their probation officer upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of this sentence or of any probation agreement; 12. Shall pay all fines, costs and restitution ordered by this court; 13. Shall obtain a alcohol evaluation and comply with its recommendations for treatment and/or aftercare he shall comply with all recommendations made in the Sioux San Evaluation; 14. Unless attending an approved educational setting or training program he must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all dependents to the best of their ability; 15. Shall also complete anger control counseling.
