On Saturday, Jan. 14, to honor the memory of Bill Chappelle, a gathering will be held in the Mayflower Room of the UCC Church. The public is invited for coffee and conversation at 3 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m.
Bill Chappelle will be remembered by many as a university accountant for grants, the treasurer of the UCC Congregational Church and a bowling team colleague.
This gathering is being held at the same time as his family is holding a memorial service in his retirement village of Providence Point, Issaquah, WA. His son Eric Chappelle, (Ingrid) and daughter, Kristi (Rob Morris) Leif and Soliel, live in the area.
