"I do not feel the score tonight indicates how we wrestled. Canton has a fantastic team with many quality kids," said coach Casey O'Connor.

"We struggled throughout the night with basic mistakes, things I feel we can address before the regional tournament. Canton is just a team that will capitalize on simple mistakes. Senior Kyle Hubert picked up a huge win over Tom Davies at 135. I feel Kyle was able to control the tempo of the match very well. This will be a big win for our regional seeds. We also picked up two additional wins from eighth grader, Nick Mart with a pin at 152 and a decision from junior Ryan O'Connor at 119. This was a great competition for us."
