City council will meet on Feb. 3

The Vermillion City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3 in at the Al Neuharth Media Center on the USD campus.

The council will hear from Barbara Yelverton, who will be present to discuss the Vermillion map project, and it will also hold public hearings on:

a. Resolution Approving Special Assessments on Cornell Street, Cottage Avenue & Shriner Street.

b. Resolution Approving Special Assessments on 317th Street.

c. Resolution Approving Special Assessments on University Street and Burbank Road.

The council also will take action on several items under new business, including an ambulance rate change, a resolution for the sale of real property, and a temporary easement for Cherry Street construction.
