Vermillion Community Theatre presents Into the Woods at the Vermillion High School Theatre on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 17 and 18, at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 19 at 2:30 p.m., and Monday, Feb. 20 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 adults, $5 K-12, under 5 are free.

Vermillion Literary Project's (VLP) Annual Poetry Festival is Thursday, Feb. 23 on the USD campus. Registration deadline is Feb. 17. There is an additional $5 fee for late registration.

Vermillion Area Arts Council hosts "Paper Mach� with Al Fish" � pi�atas and more for the upcoming Cinco de Mayo celebration � beginning Sunday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. at the Washington Street Arts Center.

USD Department of Theatre will present the comedy Crimes of the Heart Wednesday, Feb. 22 through Saturday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. in the Warren M. Lee Center for the Fine Arts. Tickets are $10 to $3. Call 677-5400.

Vermillion Area Arts Council is exhibiting paintings and prints by Darcy Bruce and Amber Hanson at the Washington Street Arts Center through mid-March with a reception Friday, Feb. 24 from 7 to 9 p.m.
