Wakonda board meets Feb. 13

The regular Wakonda School Board meeting will be held on Monday, Feb. 13 at 5 p.m. in the Family and Consumer Sciences Room.

After approving the agenda, minutes of the January regular meeting, the financial reports, and the bills, the following agenda items will be discussed:

1. Upcoming meetings and special school events.

2. Administrative reports.

3. SDCS, alliance, legislative and insurance reports.

4. Approve bus fuel quote.

5. Approve a five-day school calendar for 2006-07.

6. Shop/band building needs.

7. Open enrollments.

8. Discuss the reorganization plan between Wakonda and Irene School Districts.

9. Calendar make-up days for 2005-06.

10. Summer school for SLIDL.

11. Other miscellaneous items may be added to the agenda.

The public is invited to attend all school board meetings.
