BF-LF Web site has new features

Big Friends-Little Friends, Inc. went online in October, and has undergone some recent changes to its site. The Web site http://www.bflfmentoring.org features forms to apply online, a picture gallery of some of the activities in the program, a list of program sponsors and events.

The Web site also has links to area business partners, where a portion of purchases goes directly to the BF-LF program.

BF-LF, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that has been serving Clay and Union counties since 1997, matching youth age 5 to 17 with qualified and screened adult mentors.

The program has received numerous inquiries online, as well as four matches of youth and adults, since its October Web launch.

The members recently went ice skating in Sioux City, and their annual fund raiser will start in mid-March.
