O.E.S. Worthy Grand Matron Ellen Helming of Sioux Falls, made her official visit to Juno Chapter March 11.
A school of instruction was conducted at 2 p.m. in the Masonic Temple.
Worthy Matron Fran Moore and Worthy Patron George Kneebone presided over the day's activities.
The candlelight service was performed by Dona Dee Peterson and Star Points. Initiatory ceremony was exemplified by Kathy Colwell and Anne Marshall.
Introductions were conducted by Vera Emerson and Marilyn Siecke as follows: past grand matrons, Connie White of Parker and Bonnie Martin of Sioux City, IA; and past grand patron Calvin Rosenbaum. Grand representatives, Susan Lyman of Arizona, George Kneebone of Bolivia, Marilyn Siecke of British Columbia and Yukon, and Gloma Kneebone of Minnesota in Iowa.
Many past matrons and past patrons were introduced from Armour, Beresford, Centerville, Parker, Sioux Falls, Sergeant Bluff, IA and Sioux City, IA.
Protem officer was John Ryger of Beresford. W.G.M. Ellen gave a short address. A monetary gift was given to the visiting instructor. Coin march was given to the Vermillion Ministerial Association.
Past matrons served the noon luncheon. No host supper was served at a local cafe. Evening refreshments were served by Vera Emerson, Betty Larson, Anne Marshall, Betty McCambridge and Beverly Orr.
