Sgt. Robin Frank deployed overseas
Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Robin L. Frank is currently deployed overseas at a forward-operating location in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Operation Enduring Freedom is the official name given to anti-terrorism military operations involving U.S. troops and allied coalition partners. Reserve component members from all branches of the U.S. armed forces have been mobilized, activated and deployed along with active duty members to support the war against global terrorism. Mission objectives encompass combating the international terrorist network or regime forces outside the borders of the United States. U.S. troops serve in South and Southwest Asia, Central Asia, the Arabian peninsula, islands in the Pacific, and in numerous other countries.

Frank, a communications squadron superintendent with 21 years of military service, is normally assigned to the 366th Communications Squadron, Mountain Home Air Force Base, ID.

She is the daughter of Beulah Rhodes and sister of Tom Rhodes, both of Buhl, ID.

Her husband, Shawn, is the son of Robert and Bobbie Frank of East Broadway, Vermillion.

The sergeant graduated in 1983 from Buhl Senior High, and received an associate degree in 2006 from the Community College of the Air Force.
