The South Dakota women's tennis team fell to 0-3 after dropping a pair of matches on Feb. 25 at Gold's Gym in St. Cloud, MN. The Coyotes lost to St. Cloud State, 7-2; and Michigan Tech, 5-4.
Against St. Cloud State, which is the seventh-ranked team in the North Central Regional, USD's Suzy Puetz won at the No. 6 singles while the No. 2 doubles team of Amanda Barton and Rachel Kludt also picked up a win. The Coyotes' Michelle Hogan, Kludt and Puetz won singles matches while Hogan and Galbraith had a win at No. 3 doubles against Michigan Tech.
Next for the South Dakota women's tennis team is a pair of matches on March 4 in Salina, KS. USD will face Kansas Wesleyan at 10 a.m. and then face Friends University at 3 p.m., on March 4.
