In author Dorothy Garlock's Route 66 trilogy, she captured the unbreakable dreams and irrepressible hopes that are the heart of the American spirit. Now she delivers a dramatic new novel about a determined young woman who discovers that securing the future will mean testing her courage. Pick up Train from Marietta, by award winning author Dorothy Garlock.
Robbie Brownlaw's life was ordinary until three years ago when this 29 year old San Diego homicide detective was thrown out of a downtown hotel window. Brownlaw now works with an extraordinary neurological condition called synesthesia, where one's senses become mixed up and he sees colored shapes provoked by the emotions of a speaker when speaking. This gives murder investigation a new twist in The Fallen by T. Jefferson Parker.
New York Times best selling author Lisa Scottoline delivers another riveting page turner that starts in the elite chambers of a sexy female judge and ends on the cold, gritty streets of Philadelphia. Join Scottolines's strong and smart character, Judge Cate Fante, as she leads a double life in Dirty Blonde.
