He is eligible for work release. 2. Driver license shall be revoked two (2) years after his release from incarceration. 3. Shall repay the state of South Dakota for costs of prosecution. 4. If defendant enters an in-patient treatment program he shall be allowed credit on his jail sentence while he is in treatment. 5. His financial obligations under this judgment shall be worked out by a payment schedule. 6. Shall not consume alcoholic beverages of any kind, use or possess any controlled drugs or substances including marijuana. Shall submit to urine/breath/blood testing at any time requested to do so by their probation officer and shall bear the costs of such testing. May not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where the sale of alcohol is their primary business. 8. Shall be subject to random search and seizures by probation or law enforcement officers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of this sentence or of any probation agreement. 9. Shall pay all fines, costs and restitution ordered by this court. 10. Shall obtain a drug, alcohol, gambling and psychiatric evaluation and comply with its recommendations for treatment and/or aftercare. 11. Unless attending an approved educational or training program, he must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all of his dependents to the best of his ability. 12. For one year after his release from incarceration, he shall report to the Sheriff's office twice a day for testing to assure that he has not been drinking alcohol. 13. A hearing shall be held subsequent to the defendant's release or completion of programs(s) at the Hot Springs Medical Center.

Shall obey all federal, state and local laws and be a good law abiding citizen in all respects. 7. Shall not use or possess any controlled drugs or substances including marijuana. 8. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by probation or law enforcement officers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of her sentence or of any probation agreement. 9. Shall pay all fines, costs and restitution ordered by this court. 10. Unless attending an approved educational or training program, she must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all dependents to the best of her ability. 11. Shall cooperate fully with the state the prosecuting of co-dependent.
