Bachelor of Fine Arts visual art exhibitions are ongoing in the Main Gallery of the USD Fine Arts Center. Various shows are on display through May 3.

The USD Chamber Orchestra and Chamber Singers combine to present a free All-Bach concert on Sunday, April 16 at 8 p.m. in Colton Recital Hall.

The South Dakota Brass Quintet presents a free concert on Wednesday, April 19 at 7:30 p.m. in Colton Recital Hall.


Brian Forney presents his Senior Trombone Recital on Friday, April 21, at 8 p.m. in Colton Recital Hall.

The USD Theatre Department ends its 2005-2006 season with the comedic drama The Diviners on Wednesday, April 26 through Saturday, April 29 at 8 p.m., and Sunday April 30 at 2 p.m. in the Wayne S. Knutson Theatre. For tickets call 677-5400.

USD percussion professor Darin Wadley will be giving a free recital on Thursday, April 27 at 8 p.m. in Colton Recital Hall.

The USD Symphonic Band and Brass Choir will be giving a free concert on Sunday, April 30 at 3 p.m. in Slagle Auditorium.

The Vermillion All-School Art Show will be on display at the Washington Street Arts Center Wednesday, April 26 through Sunday, April 30 with a reception on Thursday, April 27 from 4 to 6 p.m. The Arts Center will be open 2 to 5 p.m. for the run of show.

A live radio broadcast of A Prairie Home Companion, featuring Garrison Keillor, will take place at the DakotaDome on April 29 at 4:45 p.m. The program will be broadcast to more than 4 million listeners and will feature instruments from the National Music Museum played by local and national musicians. A Cinco de Mayo celebration will take place at the Washington Street Arts Center the evening of Friday, May 5, featuring food, pi�atas and more.
