In addition, USD men's team hurdler Terry Liggins set a school record in finishing second in the 110-meter hurdles.
Liebl, a senior from Menno, won the javelin throw with a toss of 195'11, and a provisional mark for the NCAA Division II national meet. A week ago, Liebl had a throw of 201'10 at the Vance Butler Invite in Sioux Falls.

Liebl also finished third in the discus throw with a toss of 159'01.
The South Dakota women's 4×400-meter relay team put together its best performance of the outdoor season by clocking a 3:44.75. The team included Kassy Laber of Parkston, Amber Stoltenburg, Elkton, Heidi Muellenberg, Redfield, and Stephanie Gebhart of Elkton. Gebhart also had her best performance of the outdoor season in the 400-meters with a clocking of 54.92. Muellenberg finished fourth in the 200-meter dash with a clocking of 24.87. Freshman Natalie Stout of Crofton, NE, also had a second-place finish in the triple jump by going 38'02.75.
Liggins, a sophomore from Omaha, NE, finished second in the 110-meter hurdles in 14.20, finishing just behind Nebraska's Courtney Jones (13.96). Liggins' clocking is a USD school-record in the outdoor 110-meter hurdles, which he set a year ago (14.22).
Other men's team track highlights included a second-place finish by senior Sam Pribyl of Webster, who had a vault of 16'07.25.
