Come to classic car show June 3

The Dakota Classic Cruisers of the Vermillion Car Club will be holding their 11th Annual Car Show on Saturday, June 3. The show will be held on Main Street, historic downtown, Vermillion.

To enter your car, the pre-registration cost is $10. The cost the day of the show is $15. Registration will be from 9 a.m. until noon. The show begins at noon and will run until 4 p.m., at which time trophies will be awarded.

First, second and third-place trophies donated by various area businesses will be awarded in each of the 25 classes. There will also be a trophy for the Best of Show and a cash award for the car having driven the longest distance to the show.

The public is invited to come and view the cars. There is no admission charge for looking and dreaming about the good old days.
