Scholastic Book Sale at library celebrates National Library Week

A Scholastic Book Sale comes to the Vermillion Public Library May 18-21 with a great selection of books and educational materials for readers of all ages from more than 150 publishers.

The sale features traditional children's favorites, books for all ages of children and adults, and new works by popular authors and illustrators.

The sale is open to the public during regular library hours on Thursday, May 18, 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; Friday, May 19, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, May 20, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 21, 1 to 5 p.m.

The Scholastic Book Sale is sponsored by the Friends of the Vermillion Public Library to earn books for the library and support programs like the Summer Reading Program, the ESA Giving Tree and equipment purchases.
